Orders & Payment

1. Order Process

When you place an order, you confirm that all details you provide—including product selection, quantity, shipping address, and payment information—are correct. You’ll get an email to let you know we’ve received your order (this is just a quick receipt confirmation). Your order is officially confirmed only after we verify stock availability, validate your payment, and send you an “Order Confirmed & Dispatched” email (with tracking info included). In rare cases, we may need to adjust your order before shipping (e.g., due to unexpected stock shortages or pricing errors)—we’ll always contact you first if that happens.

2. Payment Methods

We accept secure payment options including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All payments are processed via encrypted channels to protect your financial information, so your credit card details stay private and safe. Please complete payment at the time of order placement; if we don’t receive payment within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled—but you can always place it again later if you’d like!

3. Pricing & Shipping

  • All product prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars), and we offer free shipping on all orders—no extra cost for delivery, no minimum purchase required!
  • For international customers: Your country may impose import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges are set by your local customs office, so we recommend checking with them in advance to understand any potential extra costs—we want you to be fully prepared!

4. Stock Note

When you complete checkout, we’ll temporarily reserve stock for your order. Final stock confirmation is only given once your payment is successfully processed. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, we can’t modify or cancel it (e.g., changing sizes, shipping addresses, or products). Warranty

We take great pride in our products, especially our cotton-padded jackets and outerwear. If you find a manufacturing defect (e.g., a broken zipper, uneven stitching, or material flaws) within 7 days of receiving your order, please contact us at sales06@zuoxiner.com (and include photos/videos of the defect). We’ll either repair or replace the item for free, at our discretion. This warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear (e.g., faded fabric after multiple washes or loose threads from regular use)—but if you have questions, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to help!
