Once the parcel is processed by the shipping company, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can use the link in the email to check the order status and find the estimated delivery date. Please note that tracking details may take a few hours to be activated by the shipping company.
Important Information
- Due to our automated order fulfillment process, you cannot change your address, cancel, or modify your order once it is placed. If you notice any mistakes in your address, please contact our customer support immediately.
- Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday.

Delivery problems
If your order takes longer to deliver than the estimated time, we recommend checking your tracking details first.
1. Shipping status: Delivered
If the tracking information shows the parcel was delivered, we kindly suggest you check with your family, colleagues, or neighbors to see if they received the parcel on your behalf. If the parcel is still not found, please contact our customer support. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping company. Such investigations may take up to two weeks, with an average resolution time of 4 days.
2. Shipping status: No updates / (error) code
If the tracking details haven’t been updated for 5–10 days, or an error code appears, please contact the shipping company directly. Alternatively, our customer support team can also start an investigation with the shipping company. These investigations may take up to two weeks, with an average resolution time of 3 days.
3. Shipping status: Returned to sender
If the tracking details show the parcel is returned to our warehouse or distribution partner, please contact us. We will investigate the reason for the return and arrange to re-ship the item to you.

If the address details are incorrectly filled in by the customer, we are not liable for parcels delivered to the wrong address or lost by the shipping company.
